John is a registered teacher with the Yoga Alliance. He has studied with many teachers in different parts of the world seeking to develop his own practice and to continue to improve as a teacher.

After many years as a mountain runner, cyclist and skier, John appreciates the benefits of a postural  yoga practice as a complement to and as a means to develop competencies in other physical disciplines.

The practice of yoga in its own right is immensely rewarding and by teaching classes that are free from both spiritual dogma and sanskrit, and which are therefore accessible to all, John hopes that more people, whatever their own reasons for practicing yoga, will feel able to join him to experience the benefits of a regular practice for themselves.
